Dr. Arun Raj S, Radiation Oncologist, is an expert in radio therapeutic management of malignant and benign diseases in patients of all ages. He believes in providing ethical, evidence based management of malignancies with a focus on improving quality of life of patients.
He did his post graduation training and Senior Registrarship from Apollo Hospital, Chennai equipped with advanced Radiotherapy machines like Proteus plus (Proton therapy) and Cyberknife. He has extensive experience in Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT), Image guided Radiotherapy (IGRT), Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT) including Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT), Helical Tomotherapy and Cyberknife procedures.
Dr. Arun’s areas of special interest include treatment of head and neck cancers and neuro-oncology including treatment of functional disorders.
